Cervivor is proud to participate in the Cancer Disparities Symposium: The Future of Women’s Health in Cancer Care, hosted by the Case Comprehensive Cancer Center at Case Western Reserve University.
This two-day symposium (March 12–13) will bring together researchers, clinicians, advocates, and community leaders to explore innovative strategies for addressing cancer health disparities and advancing equitable care for women. The event will be held at the Tinkham Veale Ballroom and features keynote speakers Margaret Rosenzweig, PhD, CRNC-C, AOCNP, FAAN (University of Pittsburgh) and Melissa B. Davis, PhD (Morehouse School of Medicine), whose work focuses on improving outcomes and uncovering the biological and systemic drivers of cancer disparities.
Cervivor Ambassador Tiera Wade will serve as a panel speaker, sharing her lived experience and advocacy perspective to elevate the voices of cervical cancer survivors. In addition, Cervivor will host a resource table throughout the event.
This will be a meaningful opportunity to connect with attendees, share educational materials, highlight our advocacy efforts, and continue spreading awareness about cervical cancer prevention, screening, HPV vaccination, and survivorship support. We look forward to engaging in important conversations about equity, access, and the future of women’s health in cancer care.
