Our expert speakers are Susanna Choi, MPH, RD, a registered dietitian and doctoral candidate in Nutrition at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and Rachel Sauls, MPH, CPH, a 2nd year Ph.D. student in Nutrition at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
