Support Groups

We offer a monthly virtual support group called Creating Connections. It is held on the second Tuesday of every month via Zoom. Registration is required each month and can be found on our Events page here.

Healthy Living: Join Survivor Slimdown, our community-focused for all cancer survivors seeking to live a healthier lifestyle beyond a cancer diagnosis.All pre-entrance questions must be answered for admin approval.
