In honor of Cervical Cancer Awareness Month-CCAM, Caleb’s Feet Foundation is hosting a HPV Forum. The forum will present a screening of the film Someone You Love: The HPV Epidemic narrated by Vanessa Williams. At the conclusion of the film there will be a panel discussion. The panelists will be Dr. Kristin Oliver from the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene,  Ms. Patti Murillo-Casa from Cervivor.org, and Ms. Justine Almada from the Anal Cancer Foundation. The forum will address the importance of being vaccinated against the human papillomavirus  (HPV). There will also be a short question and answer session with the panelists.

Eligibility – Uninsured women living in NY who have not had a mammogram in or over 1 year (age 40 or older), a recent Pap Test (age 21 or older), or a recent screen for colorectal cancer (age 50 or older).

Participation made possible by the Columbia University Department of Gynecology Oncology, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and NY State Department of Health.
