We are pleased to announce that Tamika Felder — Cervical Cancer Survivor, founder and Chief Visionary of Cervivor, Inc. — will join us as a featured speaker at the 2027 OPERATION WIPE OUT Summit in Huntsville. Additional speakers will be announced in the coming weeks.
Alabama ranks third in the nation for cervical cancer incidence and mortality, yet cervical cancer remains among the most preventable cancers we face. The tools already exist: HPV vaccination, cervical cancer screening, and timely follow-up after abnormal results. The work ahead is access, coordination, and follow-through.
The summit will bring together health care providers, public health leaders, business and civic partners, and community advocates from across the state to measure our progress and decide what it takes to complete the mission.
