Cancer to 5K is a free, community-based wellness program—often described as a “support group in motion”—that brings participants together to walk, jog, or run while training over 12 weeks toward a shared goal race. This year’s program will culminate with the Run Geek Run 5K in partnership with Innova on September 27.
